Cala Benirràs

Municipality: Sant Joan de Labritja · Length: 130 m · Width: 60 m

📍 View on Google Maps

Cala Benirràs is a very touristy stretch of sand 4 km from Port de Sant Miquel, in the north of the island. It’s a lovely place to visit at sunset. Nearby is the Cova de C’an Marçà, a cave of notable speleological importance that’s open to the public.

Parking is limited to 400 vehicles, Monday to Saturday. It can be reached by bus: line 23 (Ibiza-Benirràs) runs 3 times daily Monday to Saturday, and line 23A (Sant Antoni-Benirràs) runs on Sundays. On Sundays a shuttle-bus stop is also set up on the road into Benirràs, 600 m past Can Coroner, with a shuttle every 30 minutes and room for 400 more vehicles (information at eivissa.tib.org). A very touristy beach with a large car park. There’s a hippy drum-circle show at sunset on Sundays. Entry to the caves costs 5 euros for children and 9 euros for adults.
