Es Xarco, or Xareu, is a sand-and-stone cove just a few metres from Cala Jondal in the Sant Josep municipality. It’s quieter than its neighbour in terms of swimmers, and has a typical Ibizan restaurant with a large terrace running down to the water’s edge.
The final stretch of the access road is steep and unpaved. It’s popular with boats — an unspoilt cove with a restaurant near the sea, frequented by upscale tourists.
